We had a fantastic stay at Mammoth Lodge. The apartment had a breathtaking mountain view from the lounge and balcony. The kitchen was well-equipped, and all the bedrooms were ensuite, which was a great convenience. The location of the complex was perfect, with easy access to the ski lift escalators and a wonderful restaurant. We also loved the small spa and ski hire attached to the complex. Although we didn't use it, the option to have breakfast delivered to the apartment looked delicious. The skiing in 1650 was excellent, with quieter runs compared to 1850.

The location of the hotel was excellent, with easy access to the village and the slopes. It was just a short walk to the lifts, shops, bars, and restaurants. The apartment itself was modern, clean, and well-furnished. The rooms were nicely designed, and the balcony was beautiful. the kitchen was fully equipped with all the necessary tools and utensils. Having a washing machine in the apartment was also a big plus.
That the apartment was only cleaned once mid-week, and we had to keep it clean ourselves for the rest of the stay. We had expected daily housekeeping service considering the price we paid.

The value for money at this hotel was exceptional, with a well-equipped and clean room that had a fabulous mountain view. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the ski slopes, restaurants, and bars. The staff were friendly and accommodating, going out of their way to make our stay enjoyable.
The food for breakfast could have been better, with limited options and a small amount of supplies provided.

The management of the property seems to be lacking, with poor service and an unacceptable attitude towards guests' concerns.

The location of Mammoth Lodge By Alpine Residences was amazing, just a short 2-minute walk to the lifts, shopping, bars, and restaurants. The apartment itself was modern, clean, and fitted with nice furniture. Our favorite part was the fabulous mountain view from the lounge and balcony. We also appreciated the well-equipped kitchen and the fact that each bedroom had its own en suite bathroom. The option to book the hot tub in the main building was a great treat after a long day of skiing. Additionally, the ski hire attached to the complex made things super easy for us.
